Items in the shop are “ready to ship” unless noted otherwise in the product description. Processing time is between 3-5 business days for orders to ship. Items that are marked “made to order” may take additional processing time, which is also noted in the product description. I am a one person show, please be patient with me!

Yes! Every item is either handcrafted by me, or features illustrations and artwork that I designed and then have professionally printed. All ceramic items are handmade and hand painted, always. I only have items professionally printed (like stickers) when I can’t easily make them myself. All of my artwork is original and AI FREE!!!

I love the idea of picking up/dropping off locally, but… for my own safety and comfortability, I will only allow pick ups at my upcoming in-person markets. I can hold an item or order for pick up at a market for up to 4 weeks. You must pre-pay for your order. If you’d like to order for market pickup, please email me at shopstudiotess@gmail.com BEFORE you place your order. My upcoming markets are updated on my instagram: @shop.studiotess. Please note: I do most of my markets during the winter (Nov/Dec) and some during the spring.

I update my instagram most frequently in regards to restock dates for popular items. If you’re really excited about a specific item, feel free to DM me on instagram or send me an email. I can’t make any guarantees but I try to listen to the wants of the people whenever I can!!
